The Super Auction Terms
Terms: Cash, Check (Payable to The Super Auction, maximum of $2500 without bank letter of credit or prior approval), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express paid in full day of auction. 13% Buyers Premium with 3% discount if paying with cash or check plus local sales tax. Each auction company is responsible for items sold during their session(s) and unless stated otherwise all items sold “as-is, where is.” To consign items or collections to the next Super Auction in August 2012 please contact any of the auctioneers.
The first Super Auction brought auctioneers, buyers, and collectors from the across the Midwest together for an unique auction event on February 28, 2009 at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Over 360 bidders from seven states made the first Super Auction an event to remember.
The event started promptly at 10:00 AM and the last item crossed the block a few minutes before 3:00 PM. The event featured collections from across the Midwest and South and had something for nearly every collector and enthusiast. In the five hours of fast and furious selling nearly 1400 lots of pottery, antiques, advertising, ephemera, firearms, vintage tools, sports cards, sterling silver, coins, clocks, collectables and curiosities of all shapes and sizes crossed the auction block. The food was provided by a local bakery was outstanding and the refreshments at the ‘After Bid’ Buyer’s Party made sure everyone went home satisfied.

August 22, 2009 – The Super Auction II
Building on the success of The first Super Auction in February 2009 The Super Auction 2 held August 22, 2009 and returned to the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Seven of the original auction companies from the inaugural auction were joined by Travis Royston of Royston Auction Service based in Elizabethton, Tennessee. The started promptly at 9:30 AM EST and there were three auction rings running for the entire auction. The second Super Auction was a great time of fellowship and commerce.
February 27, 2010 – The Super Auction III
The Super Auction entered its second year by add two auction firms and space of exhibitors. The third installment of the Super Auction say Kenny Lindsey’s American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company and Stoeker Auction Service join the event. Additionally National Auctioneers Association Director Robert Mayo lent his auction expertise to the Midwest auction classic. This event also featured booths from The Ohio Auction School and the Auction Exchange and Antique Week newspapers.
